Infinite Respecs?

How many times can a character earn a respec by doing the TV trial? Is it only once per contact (for a total of 3 respecs), or can I do the trial as many times as I want and get as many respecs as I want?

One per contact. So, 3 respecs. Plus any free ones given out by the devs.

In addition, each of the three can only be earned every ten levels. So although you can save up and have all three at 50, if you're only level 25-30 you can only have one.

The dev awarded respecs are technically infinite, but who knows how long you'll have to wait between them. And apparently, you can't save more than one.
