I will never ever (well probably not) say something bad about Vista again. Grim Fandango actually works on this OS as oppose to XP.

So anyone else feeling nostalgic enough to talk about one of LucasArts' best games ever produced? Tim Shafer is a genius, whose games just don't sell as well as they are entitled to. I just started playing it again, and man, it's still as great as I remember it to be. And there are so many great references that just went past my head when I was younger from Casanova to the Maltese Falcon to Sartre's Les Jeux Sont Faits. I ****ing love this game.

Grim Fandango is possibly my all time favorite game. First game I actually wanted to beat as a kid, never did because I was so young, and now whenever I try to my saves get corrupted. Must try again with Vista now.

It's awesome; I just got to Year Two and so many references has just gone over my head when I was a kid, not just all the Casa Blanca stuff, but stuff like Les Jeuxs Sont Faits (The dice are thrown,) which is, oddly enough, a Jean Paul Sartre book about a man and a woman, who fall in love in the afterlife and try to set things right. The man is a revolutionary and a rebel and the woman was poisoned by her husband, who's trying to to marry the woman's sister.

As far as I'm concerned, Grim Fandango is the closest video games have ever come to true art as we know it. The game was a masterpiece! Between the artwork on all the settings, the story, and the amazing cultural references throughout, this game set itself apart from everything I've ever played since.

Incredible game... I should try and get my hands on it. Wouldn't mind playing it again.

God, must dig it ouw, must spend another month or so of life on it
